Primary Courses

$170 inc GST

Early Childhood Education Course

$100 inc GST

Certificates of Participation are presented to ECE attendees as part of the enrolment fee. Please ensure you have printed your name clearly on the registration form.

Advanced Course (formerly known as Refresher)

$90 inc GST

These costs are per person and include the training manual (for ECE and Primary courses) or handout (for refresher course) and refreshments.

Early Words

$70 inc GST

These costs are per person and include refreshments and a training handout but exclude the Early Words manual which must be bought separately. (See the Order Products page on this website for more information on how to order. OR pre-order a manual at a discounted rate for workshop participants only using the special request box on the online enrolment form.)

Catering

In line with our ethical eating principles, and to cater for those with allergies, all food provided with morning or afternoon tea is vegan (free of animal products).

Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any allergies or food intolerances.

Course Cancellations:

In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund will be made or the fee may be transferred to another course.
Withdrawals

Refunds will not be made unless notification is received at least 7 days prior to the course date. We recommend that you send a replacement staff member.

If a withdrawal is made within 7 days and it is due to exceptional circumstances, a refund maybe made less an administration fee of 25% of the total course fee. Fees must still be paid for non-attendance as per the above criteria. Enrolment in a course constitutes acceptance of this policy.
 

We always respond personally to every enrolment we receive.

We are aware that the odd email or enrolment can disappear into cyberspace. If you have not heard from us within one or two days, check your spam file, email us again, or call/fax us because we probably did not receive your original enquiry.

To register for a Phonics Training Course

STEP ONE:
Select the course and dates of the sessions you wish to attend from the Calendar page.

STEP TWO:
Complete the registration form by mail or by email.

By mail
The registration form is available in *Enrolment Form PDF. After downloading the form, please follow these steps:

  1. Click here to open a copy of the form in PDF format.
  2. Print out the form.
  3. Complete all the sections.
  4. Fax or post the enrolment form.
  5. You will be sent an email to confirm your enrolment within 5 working days of receipt of your registration.
  6. An invoice will be emailed to you for payment. This needs to be paid within two weeks.

Or - by email (for speedier registration confirmation)

  1. Complete the Registration Form below. Please enter the email address you wish your invoice to be emailed to in the 'Special Request' box. Press Submit.
  2. A copy of your registration will be emailed to you. Please note, this is not a registration confirmation.
  3. You will be sent an email with an attached letter giving you the course details and confirming your enrolment within five working days.
  4. An invoice will be emailed to you for payment. This needs to be paid within two weeks.

EARLY REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL - Please do not leave enrolling until the last minute as we do cancel courses if 21 days before the training, registrations are under 15 participants.

For late enrolments - if there is space on the course, it may be possible to register on the day. Early Words - if you wish to pre-order an Early Words manual to be collected at the course at the special workshop discounted rate ($60 + GST), please tell us via the special request box on the online enrolment form below when registering. Do note that pre-orders must be made no later than 14 days prior to the date of the workshop.
